The Rev. Dr. Jay Williams is lead pastor at Union United Methodist Church in Boston, the denomination’s first historically black reconciling congregation. As a young lay person, Jay led the Western NY delegations to GC2000 & 2004, and will lead the New England delegation to GC2020.
